Meet the Artists Behind Colouring Landmarks of Cyprus
Sergis Hadjiadamos (Adamos)
Sergis Hadjiadamos (Adamos) is a Cypriot contemporary artist and designer based in Nicosia, with more than twenty-five years of experience across digital art, mixed media, graphic design and publishing.
His practice combines digital processes with physical production and has been presented through exhibitions, installations and published projects in Cyprus and internationally.
For Colouring Landmarks of Cyprus, Sergis developed and produced the project together with illustrator Abi Daker, bringing together art, education and Cyprus cultural heritage.
Abi Daker
Abi Daker is a British artist and illustrator who has lived and worked in Cyprus for more than ten years.
Her practice focuses on architectural illustration, perspective drawing, maps and detailed hand-drawn environments. She has worked on publishing, advertising and interior-design projects internationally, including large-scale architectural illustration.
For Colouring Landmarks of Cyprus, Abi created the original hand-drawn illustrations of the island’s landmarks that form the visual foundation of the book.
